Spotify → YouTube Lofi Playlist Sync

Completed

Turns any public Spotify playlist into an auto-matched YouTube playlist of lofi covers.

REST API DesignScheduled Pipelines (GitHub Actions)Python

A Python tool that pulls every track from one or more public Spotify playlists, searches YouTube for a matching lofi/chillhop version of each, and assembles the results into a single YouTube playlist — resumable and quota-aware throughout, since YouTube caps free API usage at 10,000 units/day (a search costs 100, an add costs 50). Matching is scored rather than guessed: candidates are ranked by whether the title/channel actually signals "lofi" or "chillhop" and whether they mention the original title and artist, with view count as a light tiebreaker, so a song with no confident match is left out rather than mismatched. An audit / audit --fix mode re-checks already-added videos whenever the matching rules get tightened, and an automatic-retry system reconsiders any unmatched song again after 7 days rather than repeating a wasted search — both built to run unattended on a schedule via GitHub Actions.
